This wedding will go down as one of my all time favorites. Not because they were long time clients that has turned into a friendship, but because of the strength and closeness of the families. Carina and Alex planned an amazing wedding down to the very smallest details, but sometimes life has a different plan. A week before the wedding, Carina’s father passed away. I have met him on many occasions and thought of him often as I was photographing, but what really inspired me was Carina’s strength. She (and her family) were awesome the whole day. In fact, Carina danced EVERY single minute of the night. Far more than any bride I have ever witnessed. Her attitude was infectious and had every guest on the dance floor many times over. This is how a wedding is supposed to be…families celebrating a unity and friends sharing in the laughter.
Here is a sampling of a few of the highlights from their wedding in New Jersey, ending with the reception at The Mansion (Hennessy Hall) at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mrs. Tracy - The groom's mother is a friend from church. I have met her son a few times but I have not met the bride. What a gorgeous couple! Your photographs are truly amazing! You have captured the moment over and over. If this is just a "sample" of your work -- they are going to be blown away by their album I'm sure. I love every photo here. What a lovely couple... I wish them every happiness.
